When will my tracking information update?

Tracking details may take 48–72 hours to refresh after you receive your tracking number. This window gives the courier time to sync and upload your package’s shipment status.

Why hasn’t my tracking status updated?

Tracking updates are not live in real time, so there is no need to worry if you see no new activity for a while. Updates usually appear once the package is handed over to the local delivery carrier. Occasional shipment delays can happen from factors such as weather, carrier backlogs, or customs processing. Your package is still on its way and will reach you.
